抗CD3和抗CD28抗体与 T 细胞表面表达的相应CD标志物结合，分别为T细胞激活提供第一和第二信号。共刺激的激活信号诱导T细胞快速增殖，在适应性免疫反应和免疫治疗中起着至关重要的作用。
